Wrong user displayed from time to time

For example when a mandatory document is initialized we get:

commons:XWiki.XWikiComments was created by Guest - ...

The reason is that the IRC Bot code uses the current user in the context but it's not set yet at that time. It would be much better to use the document's last author instead. Except for document deletion since in the case the deleting author is not set in the document...
