    Description

      Steps to reproduce the problem:

      1.Login as Admin
      2.Go to Administer WIki
      3.Go to groups
      4.Manage an existing group
      5.Add a user that does not exists. You will be allowed

      Tested on 2.7 Final, also present on XWiki Enterprise 3.0-SNAPSHOT.33923
