Add ability to modify the wiki XML pages during XAR generation

This will allow customization of products extending XE (for example). More precisely this allows for example the addition of a Panel displayed by default or the addition of a widget in the main dashboard.

The use case should support both modification of XML pages from dependent XARs and from the current pages in src/main/resources.
