Invalid inline CSS generated by the HTMLCleaner

The XWikiDOMSerializer uses // to escape the CDATA marker for both <script> and <style> elements, but // is not valid CSS syntax.

Among other things, this breaks embedded SVGs, since Batik ignores invalid style elements.
