Meeting Manager is broken by XWIKI 2.4

The Meeting Manager pages are totally broken since XWiki 2.4.

To see the bug, just go to a meeting page like:

http://incubator.myxwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Meetings/Xupito

You'll see that macros that are imported in meeting page are not executed leading to a page containing:

#isManager($doc, $isManager) #isParticipant($doc, $isParticipant) #isCyclic($doc, $isCyclic)
