Row and column names aren't aligned with the corresponding cell when using TableEdit

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the TableEdit extension
2. Add a table to a document
3. Save & View
4. Click on the pencil button next to the table

In the attached screenshot I've selected the E25 cell.
