Ability to set up filestorage location separetly for each virtual wiki

For now there is a possibility to move wiki's filestorage easily by changing path in config file. In multi-sub-wiki environment sometimes it is very useful to split common storage and move sub-wiki's storage to other place.
From other side, it's worth to keep out such information from sub-wiki's admin.
