Standalone Distribution fails to start getting Java error

I installed the standalone distribution on a Hyper-V machine (Host = Windows 8), to get it running quickly.

When I try to start the batch file via cmd, it returns an error like:

"The command "java" is either written wrong or could not be found."

(translated from German, sorry if it does not spell exactly the same as in an english UI Windows)
