Backlinks Panel doesn't work nice for WebHome

I cannot use the "Backlinks" panel for Main.WebHome because

a) It finds backlinks from the XWiki and other 'system' spaces, which looks confusing and horrible on the front page.

b) It appears to find a backlink for the same page multiple times, probably due to multiple translated pages - even though this was configured as a 'single language' wiki.

c) If I turn off the View Rights for SandBox, the Backlist will show entries labelled
$escapetool.xml($rdoc.plainTitle)

As a result, the backlist panel looks like this:

So I had to turn it off for the entire Main space! Yuck.
