XWiki P2P support by integration with XWoot

As part of this year's Google Summer of Code project at XWiki called "XWiki Offline", the interoperability of XEclipse and the current work on XWiki P2P has been implemented.

With an already deployed XWoot, XEclipse can now configure and manage an XWoot installation, transforming the XWiki server it connects to into an XWiki P2P node, allowing content synchronization with the XWiki P2P network.
