Override XWiki Version in REST API if overwritten in Administration Application

• Overwrite the version information in the administration application
• Version is no longer displayed in page footer
• Go to http://host:port/xwiki/rest , the xwiki version should not be displayed
• <version> property still shows the Version information

If you remove the version from WEB-INF/version.properties as stated in Override Version Information , the REST API now longer shows it

You may close this issue as not relevant, and add this information in the Security docs instead.
