Load only the spaces in the initial TreeView

Gathering wiki data is very slow especially on large wiki's. This is why we should initially display only the spaces and load the pages names only on demand.
When getting the spaces list or pages lists we should only get the modiffications from the last request, not the entire list how it's currently done.
