Error during installation XWord 1.0 M3

I have removed the program 'XWord 1.0 M2' through 'Add or Remove Programs' then have started installation 'XWord 1.0 M3' and have received a Error during installation:

Then I have tried to install 'XWord 1.0 M3' on other computer with the same Environment and have received following Error:
