Remove duplicate test runs and improve execution speed

Right some tests are duplicated in *.test files. For example when a test has several inputs there's no need to verify each input with each output. It's only necessary to verify the first input with all outputs and then only verify that other inputs generate the correct event/1.0 output (if there's one). This is because all output will always be the same if the XDOM is the same and event/1.0 is a dump of the XDOM...
