The User Directory does not display html for TextArea properties

Steps to reproduce:

• Edit the Admin user profile and add "test content" for the Address field
• go on the Main.UserDirectory and customize the view to add the Address column
  Result:
• The content of the Address column for Admin is listing "<p>test content</p>", while on the user profile everything looks ok
