Source metadata should be set to a document reference after parsing any content related to a document

While it may happen that some parsed content do not have a know source, most of them came from either document content, or object property values. For those, we should take care of setting the source metadata after parsing such content. It appears that we do not set this metadate properly in the components listed in this issue.
