Being able to hide the 'Actions' column if there are no available actions in it

Depending on the right an user has it will have different actions displayed (edit, delete, etc.).

The problem is that sometimes the user was no rights (like in the Unregistered case) and we have a full empty column taking a lot of space and providing no functionality. This column could be removed/hidden in this case, see unregistered.png
