When an error occurred the notice for it is wrong displayed on ie10

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to Main.WebHome
      2. Click on "More Actions" and, then, on "Export" option
      3. Select RTF
      4. You see:
        1. an error (see the errorRTF.png)
        2. you see that the menu options are wrong displayed (see the exportRTFMenu)

      This issue is related to XWIKI-11013 and it appears just on ie10.
