Most inline diff on document fields are useless

The document diff displayer is displaying a character based diff for all the documents fields which is useless and actually make it harder to understand for pretty much all of them except title.

Several ideas:

• check the field type and do a diff only for String and Collection
• even for String and List display the diff only if the percentage of modifications is under 70% (value to be defined)
