Only if in the style macro has icon parameter then apply stylemacro class for the default value of class parameter.(to show icon image)

Only if in the style macro has icon parameter
{style......|icon=..} text {style}
then we'll apply stylemacro class for the default value of class parameter. (to show icon image)
If not the style macro will show normally without class value or apply value of class parameter
