Make User Profile use IconThemes

    Description

      Currently the Silk icon theme is used on User Profile pages.

      Make sure the "Font Awesome" icon theme is selected in Administration and create a page with this content:

      {{velocity}}
$services.icon.render('pencil')
{{/velocity}}

      The Pencil icon is properly rendered.
