Checkbox Prevent unregistered users doesn't show the current state

When loading http://example.com.com:8080/xwiki/bin/admin/XWiki/XWikiPreferences?editor=globaladmin&section=Rights
the page nevers shows ticked checkboxes regarding the 2 preferences "Prevent unregistered users from..."

If you set it, it gets checked
But if you reload the page, it get's cleared, while the setting is active (for example if you try in a different browser)
Then it is mostly impossible to see what is the current state for each of these settings

This is very incomfortable for a private wiki, not to be able to be sure that it remains private because the GUI doesn't reflect registration settings.
