WYSIWYG: Changing an existing link does not behave as expected

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the Sandbox and create a link to a file with the WYSIWYG
2. Save and View, Test the link
3. Go back in Edit WYSIWYG, select the existing text-link
4. Click on the Link button -> Edit link -> Upload a new file
5. Create Link
Save and check the link. It is still pointing to the old file.
