Unable to set as owner a local user given as local string reference in the Wiki API

    Description

      If you want to set a local user as owner, you can not specify the local reference string ownerId, but only the absolute string reference.

      Example:

      • localSubwiki:XWiki.LocalUser -> saved as localSubwiki:XWiki.LocalUser
      • XWiki.LocalUser -> saved as xwiki:XWiki.LocalUser

      Since the javascript userPicker widget only works with local references, this can cause problems.
