Description
I have customized the layout "Flamingo" of Xwiki with the logo of company, colors etc.
The problem is that users without Administrator rights have uncustomized Standard layout without Flamingo Skin. So, there is no logo anymore, colors are not customized etc. For users who have been defined as Admin under rights "Administration", there aren't any problems. But as you may understand I cannot give every user Administrator rights just for the right design!
What is the problem? Any ideas?
