"Current wiki" wiki macros not available in the macros list in Dashboard in path based multiwiki

The work done for XWIKI-7739 fixed WYSIWYG, but left Dashboard with the same problem when trying to add or edit current wiki macros.

This happened because the generic solution applied for XWIKI-7739 did not work for Dasboard because Dashboard was not properly initializing the WYSIWYG components (wizards) that it was reusing by not initializing the wizard's configuration object with information like the current wiki.

Once the context information is available in the dashboard's gadget wizards, the solution applied for XWIKI-7739 will fix the problem for Dashboard as well.
