13 smartclient JS files not found when editing a dashboard inline

    Description

      When editing a dashboard (inline) and looking at the js console, you can see that there are 13 errors of not found js files related to the smartclient library.

      The functionality of the dashboard does not seem impacted by this, so I am assuming that the smartclient library is not really used; and possibly be removed from the distribution?
