The upgrade progress log should specify the decision taken on each merge conflict

    Description

      The logs continue to say "Document ... installed" after choosing to resolve merge conflicts automatically using the current version. In reality the current version has been kept (the new/merged version was not 'installed') so the upgrade progress log should reflect this.
