WikiManager should not show action to delete "Main" wiki

If one looks at the list of wikis under WikiManager.WebHome one can see an action "delete" under the main wiki.

Clicking on that link dies not cause any real problems, because the after the confirmation page the wikiManager prevents performing the actual delete, so it is just an UI tweak.
