Repository REST search potentially load all extensions documents

Regression introduced by XWIKI-11507. Before that all the extensions properties returned by the search where requested in a single search request.

The rating need to be requested directly instead of calculated for each search result. There is already an average object saved but it can't be trusted since anyone can modify it... We need a listener that make sure it's not directly modified.
