Add wizards/progress bars for Delete/Rename of spaces

    Description

      Renaming or deleting a space can take a very long time for several reasons:

      • Right now each doc is renamed/deleted one by one. See XWIKI-12184
      • Update of backlinks and in general all references to the docs being renamed.

      Thus, even with XWIKI-12184, it would be nice to have a wizard/progress bar for these 2 operations.
