Adapt the Create UI to better support space creation for Nested Spaces

    Description

      Currently, the create UI supports only the deprecated parameters for creating spaces. There are 2 issues:

      1. The UI (except for the title) talks about pages instead of spaces
      2. The deprecated parameters support only top level space creation (since they were handled only for backwards compatibility support)

      Note that the current UI does not link to any create space action, so a create space UI would only be used by applications that are using the pure Nested Spaces concept.
