Translation key displayed in Drawer in empty wiki

The problem is that the translation key platform.wiki.menu.wikiindex is defined in the WikiManager UI module in a Translation page. However it's used in drawer.vm in Flamingo and menuview.vm in Colibri and VM should work even without any page present in the wiki.

Actually it seems that the WikiManager app doesn't even use this key.

Since clicking on this Drawer entry leads to WikiManager.WebHome and since it's not there, I propose to add a condition and only display this entry if the WikiManager app is present in the wiki. However this should be improved by creating an extension point in the drawer and have it implemented by the WikiManager app instead (please create a separate jira issue if this issue is fixed with the quick hack).
