The Distribution Wizard shouldn't appear after you replay an upgrade on a subwiki

    Description

      Follow this steps to reproduce:

      • Take an instance of XWiki 6.4.5.
      • Create two subwikis.
      • Upgrade the war to XWiki 7.1.2.
      • Upgrade one of the subwikis and then export the extension history.
      • Replay the extension history on the second subwiki.
      • Restart and access the second subwiki

      The Distribution Wizard appears although there's nothing more to do on that subwiki.
