Extension History should also display the recorded decisions (e.g. for merge conflicts)

We currently see only the list of recorded extension actions (install, uninstall, repair, etc.), but each action may have decision that have been taken when that action was performed. For upgrade we may have merge conflicts. For uninstall we have decisions regarding the deleted pages. It would be useful to see these decisions.
