Hide the DeletedAttachments tab when FS attachments are enabled

    Description

      Because XWIKI-9065 is a complex change which requires some change of the FS attachments data model and users of FS attachments are happy enough with their wiki as it is, we should in the mean time hide the DeletedAttachments tab so the limitation of no way to query deleted attachments is not clearly a bug (empty livetable).
