Unable to copy/rename a terminal document as a non-terminal document

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as an advanced user
2. Create a terminal document
3. Rename/Copy the terminal document by making sure to uncheck the " Copy/Rename as terminal page" option on the target location first.
4. Observe that the new document is still a terminal document instead of being non-terminal, as requested by unchecking the checkbox.
