Description
Somehow a page cannot be renamed by a user that can edit it.
User A created the page, User B modified several times and he even created child spaces with child pages under it.
When user B attempts to change the name of /B/C to /B/D everything works correctly, but if he tries to modify /B, he doesn't even see the "rename" option on the menu.
If he attempts to force the display of the rename page by going to http/hostname/bin/view/Main/B?xpage=rename&step=1 he sees the error:
You are not allowed to view this page or perform this action.
As far as I know, if you can edit the page, you should be able to rename it.. shouldn't you?
