Add comments to the RSS feeds for modified pages in the default wiki

It would be nice to find a way to get notified of comments in the generated RSS feeds as it's hard to monitor comments othewise. This could be done in 2 ways:
1) including comments in the WebRss feed
2) create a separate RSS feeds for comments

I'd prefer option 2). I've seen several feed reader supporting some special features to display comments as nested threads of the main item. Not sure how it's done though.
