XWiki.RedirectClass objects does not trigger a redirection if the user does not have the view rights on the original document

Use case:

• UserA have the view right on the space "Main" and "Movies".
• The page Main.StarWars is renamed Movies.StarWars and an automatic redirection is added
• Admin removes the "view" right to UserA on the space "Main" because it is useless now since it does not contain any page
• When UserA go to the old location Main.StarWars, he is not redirected. Instead, he see a security error.

It could be an important issue after a migration from terminal pages to nested pages have been done!
