Allow wiki macros to indicate the type of parameters

    Description

      Wiki macro just get String value for parameters right now. Would be nice to indicate the type of each parameter and have them automatically converted like Java based macros can do.

      Created this issue for the wiki macro side and moved XCOMMONS-955 in commons for the properties module side.
