Nested panels should get unique identification classes

    Description

      Panels provide an identification class for styling purposes. Example: 

      <div class="panel expanded MyRecentModifications">
...
</div>

      In case of nested panels the identification class is WebHome. This will be shared by all the panels created inside nested pages, making this class useless for styling.

      <div class="panel expanded WebHome">
  <h1 class="xwikipaneltitle">Tips</h1>
  ...
</div>
<div class="panel expanded WebHome">
  <h1 class="xwikipaneltitle">Need help?</h1>
  ...
</div>

      Before we used the Page Name as class.
