Page tree search suggest does not recognize titles with less than 3 letters

1. Create on a clean instance of XE 8.1 a page with 1 letter : "a"
2. Perform the same action, but the title must have 2 letters: "aa"
3. Perform the same action, but the title must have 3 or more letters: "aaa"
4. Perform the same action, but the title must have less than 3 number characters: "12"
5. Perform the same action, but the title must have 3 number characters: "123"
6. Go to http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Main/AllDocs?view=tree and search each page you recently created.

Actual result:

• You will notice that the page suggest reacts only when you type 3 characters > and displays the page in the suggest.
• If you type only 2 characters or 1, the suggest will not be displayed.

Expected result:

• All pages should be displayed in the page tree suggest
