documentTree does not sort by pretty name

the documentTree macro is used in the navigation panel; by default the names in the navigation panel are the document titles. But the macro sorts by the underlying document name, which is confusing to the user, since the names appear to not be sorted by the title. The macro should sort by the title, not the underlying doc name.
