Description
Hi,
I tested with jetty package.
I create a space with é characters "Encyclopédie", I'm going on this space and use "Share by email" menu.
The windows "Share this page" popped up displays, this href:
To visit this document online, open http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Encyclop%C3%A9die/ in your browser. => <a href="http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Encyclop%C3%A9die/">http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Encyclop%C3%A9die/</a>
instead of
<a href="http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Encyclopédie/">http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Encyclop%C3%A9die/</a>
