Enable page ('XWiki') notifications by default for autowatched pages

Users will not know this feature exist if it's not enabled by default. We should enable at least the 'page' (XWiki) notifications.

I think the "autowatch" module should enable the notifications (comment, create, update, delete) everytime a page is added to the autowatch.
So by default it would be disabled but immediatly enabled again after a page changed since the autowatch is enabled by default.

And the good news is that is simple to implement

If someone wonder why the xwiki app enable automatically, she can still disable the autowatch function otherwise this autowatch is useless.
