Suggest Search should also return contents from objects

Currently suggest search says "Document content" but only returns results matching the content field of XWiki Documents. Now users don't necessarly know that object content is not "document content". Also there is no suggest for object content.

I propose that we consider document content as all the content including objects or that we rename it to "All" and include the "objcontent" field with the same importance as the doccontent field (not ^2 for it)

On a wiki where I had most of my content in structured documents, the results where not good on this suggest search without the objcontent field and without removing the ^2.
