    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a user UserA
      2. Comment the page Sandbox.WebHome on a subwiki
      3. Log-in with Admin and enable the notifications for the "update" events
      4. Look at the notifications
      5. See the link to "Sandbox" -> it goes to the main wiki!
