User can search and view content without permission

As in XWIKI-14320 we limited permission for group 'A' to allow them to see only few parent pages. So user 'A' cannot see partent page 'a'. Despite of that fact user can search and access content from parent and all children pages from 'a' if they use search panel.

Patient has only access to 'view' on search panel and forbidden access to parent page 'a' and all children pages inside.
