Description
Here's my use case:
- I receive a watchlist mail that some pages has been created on a subwiki of myxwiki.org (incubator for ex)
- When I click on the link I get the DW because this wiki has not been upgraded
- I don't want to upgrade now. I just want to see the same thing that the user who modified a page was seeing and to see what he changed and possible to revert that.
- But I only have 2 options: Later or Never. If I click Later then other admins won't see the DW until the wiki is restarted. I don't want that.
Hence the idea of clicking "Later"' but having a way for another Admin to 1) see that the DW needs to be executed on that wiki (in the Alert menu for example and only for Admins) and 2) have a link in the Alert and in the Admin UI somewhere to start the DW.
The other option (which I even prefer), would be to NOT show the DW by default anymore but instead have the Alert with a link to run it. That would allow admins to see the same thing that non-admin users see by default and still see that an upgrade is required and be able to start it.
